  Very poor work I am taking my car to a diffrent mechanic to fix these guys stuff up .they also promised to fit 2 tyres to my car which i would supply they told me to come in the next day at the same time and they would fit them the next day I did that and was told they cant fit them as they didnt have time I told them that was the arrangement we had in which he replyed yeah but that was yesterday Never again will i use these guys . Cant keep booking times . Very very poor . Anyone using the interest free option I have been told Warragul Automotive do it aswell and are far better and alot more organized.And also have loan cars .

  A mechanic came down, told me he had to go back up to talk to the owner, then can me back to tell me my car had never been serviced at all. I asked and was told that the owner was aware of this. He was very nice but of course this wasn't his fault.

  I made an appointment a few days in advance and dropped my car off as planned on Friday morning. I was told my car would be ready by 3 and I would get a text when it was ready. I explained I wouldn't be able to pick the car up until 430 and I was told this was fine. I showed up at 430 and waited ten minutes while the owner talked to another customer. He then asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting another 10 minutes as he was running behind. I said I didn't mind.

  When another customer walked in, the owner came back down, dealt with that customer and walked back up. After waiting 20 mins, I finally knocked on the shop door asking for some help.

  I went around to the back entrance to speak to the owner where he told me things were behind so my car was never gotten to. This is the most abysmal service I have ever received from an establishment.
